Grandson Merrick, two days in a row.

Today is the day, the first day of school. It seemed like a short Summer, but here we are. Personally, I don't like it when they start back before Labor Day, but...they didn't ask me.

Lisa and I have seen him off in all 6 of his school years. My daughter Karen was going to take him today, but in a couple of those years...it was tough to put him on that big school bus.

I hope he has a good year. As you can see, his school district has decided on mandatory mask wear.
