Gotta be creative

Swimming first thing then the obligatory coffee. Then an in person consultation with the doctor . Woo hoo. First time ever I have seen our assigned doctor Echo cardiogram ordered, cardiac team contacted, ECG halter ordered. Just sit and wait now. 
We had this huge marrow again so googled 'what to cook with marrow'. It threw uo a marrow and pecan cake this time. Waiting for it to cool before i add the cream cheese topping. must say the cake crumbs taste nice and the Maple syrup has added a nice flavour to the topping. Sadly I cant eat it as it is not gluten free and is loaded with sugar.
now to google what else to do with a marrow as there is still loads left. Maybe soup
