Street Scene

Well this is the scene in our street at the moment.
 
For reasons best known by the developer all the security/site fencing was removed from the building site last Thursday.
 
I wonder if the council/building regulations/HSE know about this??
 
I wonder what will happen next?
 
(I think I recognise that rockery . . .)
 
 
In the meantime we had a Tesco delivery today, and two lots of laundry.
 
I wonder if my smalls are dry yet?
