Paddling for Horses

We visited Formby, a National Trust site, to see the dunes and the red squirrels. Dunes were huge and impressive but squirrels not on show - it was too hot, too busy and we were too late! We walked along the beach and Pepper did quite a lot of ball chasing as the tide crept in. These two horses and riders were walking along the beach and the horses seemed to be really enjoying the water.

Now we are at Southport to look at the pier - when J wakes from his siesta. He has done all the driving though. Early (for me) blip as I have a phone signal here, which I won't have back at our site later.
