I indulged in a little too much food yesterday and now I am having to fast awhile, to try to get to where I should be, 10st 7llbs at the most, according to Slimming World. I am not currently a member, but know how to stay within the framework given. Comfort eating is detrimental! Chocolate, puddings, home made truffles.
I collect crystals and learn about their energetic vibration and various good healing properties. So this could be the first in a series.
Rose Quartz is from these countries: India, Brazil, USA and Madagascar.
This crystal can be found in shades of pink, violet and peach.
I place some pieces in flowerpots, partly for the energy and for the beauty of it.
