Fried Chicken

Fried chicken, fries, and beans. Also (not pictured): vegetable soup, salad, and bread.

We had lunch at a basque restaurant before leaving Bakersfield today. The meal was coursed, so I was not able to get it all in one picture. The basque restaurants in Bakersfield are known for their plentiful, family style service. We are still rather full from lunch, which was finished 6 hours ago as I type this, so we are just having salad for dinner, and we'll enjoy wine afterward (Inglenook 1882 Cabernet Sauvignon 2015).
