Bike Riding Again.......

While I was out bike riding, I saw this beautiful pot of Bergonia hanging on a front lamp.   I was struck with how my blips have changed again, from my travel subjects to life in OTOW.
      Next month (September) is the GCC  Ride for Children with Cancer.  I have signed up this year for 300 miles.  I am now trying to ride every day to get my stamina back again......
