Derelict Sunday

Sunday out and about yielded this abandoned house. I really do like finding these old abandoned dwellings. This one was rather sad as we could walk inside and it was obviously an older person's home who had probably died or could no longer care for themselves. Afterward, we drove over to an "urban wetland" in Bentonville that was created out of a natural wetland with several beaver dams and lodges. Thankfully, the city preserved the area and built walking trails through it which we walked today. The only bad part was it was over 90 degrees, sunny and humid.  Couldn't wait to get back to the air conditioned car. I'd like to go back when it's cooler out and I can linger and take more photos.
