Weird flower

Got home today after all the flax excitement. I’ve now finally driven all the new A14 and its surrounding parts around Cambridge. Anyway today’s pic is a Stapelia or Carrion flower bud that I spotted lurking on one of my conservatory plants. It’s the first time this one has flowered and I’ve had it over 6 years. As the name implies it will not smell very nice so will be evicted to the shed once it opens. I will post a pic of the open flower once that happens. They are dramatic but odoriferous.
