First yellow water lily on the pond

We have four waterlilies in our new(ish) pond. Supposedly one white, one red, one yellow and one pink. However, we have two whites so far so I was pleased to see that this is actually yellow as it is supposed to be. Now we only have to wait for the last one to flower to see whether it is red or pink! 

We are going out tonight to our local South Indian restaurant for the first time in nearly two years! We're going with an ex collegue of my husband's who comes from South India. He is very keen to try it. Sadly he was widowed recently so it is good that he's getting out again.

Sadly also, we heard today that another good friend of ours died in the night. It was expected but very sad nevertheless.
