Curds and whey
My rennet duly arrived at the pharmacy yesterday so I warmed the milk and added a few drops.
24 hours later I have my curds and whey. I have set two bowls aside to have for pudding with honey and maybe a drop of vanilla or a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. I have put some in a faiselle pot for further draining and might make a small cheese.
