another double exposure

but not what I am trying to achieve.  I want an abstract effect. I had played with the double exposure setting for a few hours and wasn't making any headway.  
I have a new camera and the double exposure setting is quite different from my old camera so its a bit of a learning curve. I watched a few You Tube tutorials and tried out the different settings but I need a lot more practice.
