This is more the sort of boat I associate with Greenpeace, rather than a weird-masted sailing thing with an inexplicable helipad on the back which would seem to be unusable with the masts and rigging in place. The message written in the rigging was probably obscured by Ocean Terminal from the point of view of the Victoria Quay offices. I was vaguely aware of the bombing of the original when it happened but didn't realise that this is the 3rd, with the 2nd having retired a few years back.
