Away for a few nights. Just grown-ups, no children accompanying us, someone's birthday weekend innit.

Made the effort once the rain had stopped soon after arrival by heading out on the bike for a few miles on country roads. Nowt big nor clever but good to be out once again for real.

Beer and curry and a movie later. I was awake for most of it...
