Hydrangea in vase

I vowed to hack back this hydrangea when we moved in because it’s beside the summer house, well damp old goat shed and I felt it was blocking all the light from it but although I pruned it low it’s right back up there so I have just been picking it.  And it’s rather wonderful in a vase…

So it looks like we might be seeing the back of those clouds ‘that lour’d upon our house’ for a few days.  Come on the ☀️
