Telling a story ...

This painting by Daniel Ablitt hangs beside my bed - I feel there must be some story behind the man approaching the women in the woods with a bunch a flowers. Perhaps I should write my own.

We had guests today G&J and family who are stopping over on their way back south from Ullapool. T has known G since university days - nearly 45 years. I first met G at our wedding and whilst I feel like a newcomer that in itself was over 25 years ago.

Anyhow it has been lovely catching up, sharing lockdown stories and looking forward.
