Stepping Forward!

Thank you to all those who gave kind wishes to me yesterday. I don't think I've been sick since I was a child but I made up for that yesterday. I'm certain it was a bug picked up from my hairdresser who was boasting about it almost when she cut my hair on Tuesday...I won't be going back!! Several lateral flow tests done and all negative so that's a real positive.

I'm feeling brighter today if still under par. It was lovely to feel some fresh air on a steady stroll along the canal despite the drizzly rain.
