Back in the game…..

Started off today volunteering at Parkrun. I was on timekeeping duties. It went well with no hiccups.

I then popped in for a quick gym session before heading home to make a pot of lentil & bacon soup.

In the afternoon MrsT dropped me off at Murrayfield before heading down to Lasswade to pick up L from gymnastics.

I walked into Edinbrugh city centre before heading back to Murrayfield to meet the FiL for 2 hours of ten pin bowling.

I was on fire averaging just under 179 over 7 games, hitting a 201 in the process. Let’s hope I can bring that form into the league match this week.
