Blackpool Parkrun

Rain or shine it's five to parkrun time.

Enjoyed the run but did it very slow and steady. Not feeling too fit - came home and went back to bed for another two hours. It was great to meet up with friends though. I also managed to get my friend Linda to run too, which was lovely. 

Lytham Parkrun has been cancelled for three weeks due to hall and ground bookings, so we are having to do a bit of parkrun touring.
