A sweetpea

My friend with cancer came round with her husband this morning, for a change of scenery.  The chaps went out for a walk, and we wandered up the road to our other friend's house to pick some tomatoes and courgettes whilst they are away.

We were expecting heavy rain this morning but fortunately it didn't materialise and once JJ and L were back, I cooked a light lunch.

It's such a difficult time for everybody when someone is ill as it doesn't only impact on the family, it affects close friends too.  Rally round we must, and do, willingly.
