Stornoway Special

Mother in Law’s 80th birthday today so we’d a family meal in one of her favourite Glasgow eateries. It’s a Scottish/Italian place and you can dress it up any way you like in terms of dish names, but basically I had Black Pudding and Egg for starters and Mince for the main. Fabulous. This was Stornoway Black Pudding. It was incredibly tasty and I can see why it’s got a reputation for being one of the finest Black Puddings out there.
