Sitting comfortably...

Not our very imminent new grandchild!

This bear and, I think, beautiful doll sit in Jenny’s bedroom. Today we had a good time together over coffee talking about this, that and everything. She was keen for me to see where she’d put another of her wonderful hand-sewn patchwork creations, a small bedside mat made from felt rectangles. I think she’s been wonderful to keep up her crafts in the way she has.

It’s been a dull but muggy day and not very motivating so we were pleased to make our first tentative visit back to theatre land in Bromley and enjoyed an evening of Motown music. So energetic and a great band. We’d been offered to buy tickets from a friend who’d double booked herself this evening.
