Globe Thistle

On a deary, dull day I thought it was about time I set up for some indoor flower portraits. The garden has buddleja and globe thistles in abundance, which gave me my subjects without feeling guilty about cutting them; they are now making a rather nice vase of cut flowers.

The photos were taken using a technique I learnt on a workshop given by Adrian Davies a few years ago using just natural light and white card reflectors.
