An early swim before breakfast, and this is the view from breakfast. I had a nice walk to the Metro after and enjoyed travelling a different route.
When home I turned on the BBC, horrified, dismayed. What is happening in Afghanistan? So unimaginable. It really left me feeling very depressed.
Dinner with a friend in Omonia - good Arabic style grills.
And Dad called earlier too - he doesn't very often so it was nice to chat.
