I had a day off cooking today. Alex and Ming cooked dinner for the family. Alex cooked a roasted duck. It was his first time to roast a duck and was approved by the grandkids. Ming cooked fish, short ribs and vegetables. There were lots leftovers. I don’t have to cook for two days.
