Christmas!

I met another friend from crochet group at lunch today which was so lovely. It took me an hour to eat a sandwich as we were talking so much. Fortunately I told my boss I was taking an extended lunch hour so I didn't have to worry about the time.

After work I stopped at my new venue for book/crochet club.  He was absolutely thrilled to know that I have 53 signed up to book club, he said he would need 15 to open just for us. He's going to put on a cocktail around the theme of the book "big girl, small town".  They have only just opened and they aren't getting the footfall they had hoped for.  He's really keen for my groups to work so I've just pencilled in the date for Christmas!  Trying to get space for 50+ (especially post covid) is always a challenge but they have such a large spacious venue that I made sure I had pick of the Saturday's in the Christmas season. I must have been in there an hour!
