Picture consists of three pictures, combined to one HDR.
The rag at the stick originally was used to detect a HP steamleak. Superheated steam cannot be seen, but one can be hurt very bad by it; so we use a construction like this to detect leaks.
When the rag is blown away we are sure we are near the leak.
Sometimes it's not sure where the leak is: at a flange or the suffing box of a shutvalve, and so on.
