River Avon

After work I took the dogs to Stratford. We went down seven meadows road and parked in the greenway car park. Then, instead of walking along the greenway we took the path down to the river Avon. They are making a big new marina there so lots of diggers and earth moving equipment. That was the other side of the river though so the dogs and I set off along the near side of the river for our walk. I saw a couple of dragonflies and there was a heron sitting very still on the branch of a tree. There is a weir along there as well. We had a nice walk and back home now.
