Scabiosa Seed Head.

Isn’t blip wonderful in that it makes us examine what is right under our nose?
This beautiful seed head didn’t look all that spectacular to the naked eye but under the lens it is has the most beautiful mosaic pattern.

 Went to Haworth today, so near as the crow flies but it was three bus journeys each way, luckily the connections were spot on.
Only intended to have a coffee and a scone but saw a new ( to us ) charcuterie and wine bar, ended up with a nice glass of red with some cheese and bread.  There was one little table in the shop area or we could have sat in the more private dining room at the back. 
Elaine and l are people watchers so it gave us the perfect view of the Main Street, not as busy as usual but good to see people out returning to normal life. ( see extra)
