Wonderful sound…

as I started to walk along the loch shore, the wild and haunting call of the Loon or Black throated diver! Such a magnificent call, that I haven’t heard before from this pair. Made my day! He was fishing alone in an area of the loch he doesn’t usually frequent. I presume his mate and young are on the nest waiting for him to bring breakfast.
It was a glorious morning so put the Castle in too.
