Club House

Now getting back to some sort of routine - walked with the ladies - and a man - passing the Club House at St Ives - then sang with the Community Choir in the marquee at Bradford and Bingley Rugby Club

Mixed emotions day - it was after the walk with the ladies last Thursday I came home to to find R unwell - today received notification no autopsy required - death certificate finally issued - his mobile phone rang whilst I was ironing - that was a shock to the system - Choirmaster C was brilliant - made a tribute to R - led the choir singing two of R’s favourite songs

Everyone I met today were positive and supportive just what I and the family need
