Regeneration

This is what the track looked like after work started on the new road. I was very pessimistic about its recovery, but look at it now!  The Rosa rugosa is growing really strongly, I should have known! It can be a bit of a thug! There are lots of angelica plants, grasses and dandelions too, even a little clump of Devil's Bit Scabious! So good to see nature keeping the upper hand!
