Kirkstone Pass & Ullswater

We had a great day and saw such amazing scenery :-)

We drove out of Ambleside and didn’t realise that we would be driving along the highest pass in the Lake District! Kirkstone Pass had wonderful, breathtaking views and lots of places to pull over and admire them :-)

We then drove to the NT car park Glencoyne Bay and had a walk along the shores of Ullswater along the Ullswater Way to the small village Glenridding where Mr W & I had stayed over 31yrs ago with 3 other friends.

The views along the lake were amazing too, we even had a little bit of blue sky ;-D
