Be more river

The frenetic pace continues at work, with two cases to sort before m’holiday.

They should both be fine, but through no fault of my own they will both go down to the wire, which I hate. Regardless, it’s only one working day to go now.

Got a very sweaty, but fairly quick run in at lunch and despite some trepidation following the long run at the weekend, my body seems to be OK. Looks like those new running shoes a few weeks back were a good investment!

Having been glued to screens for most of the day, I was feeling a little skittish so unplugged and took myself off for a wander by the river.
