Light and Dark and Lines

Well I have to give in to reality, these ribs of mine aren't healing as quick as I hoped, so The 3 Peaks and Jura aren't happening this year. Still life is otherwise wonderful, and they will get better and I'll run again and I'll love it even more for the enforced abscence.
