Patty Pan

All the recipes for Patty Pan summer squash say that you should eat them when they are small. So what do I do with the big one? Other nice things were in this week's veg box but my heart sinks when I see these big squashes!

The painters have nearly finished and will come back for an hour tomorrow to check any final touches that need doing. It will be good to have the house back to ourselves and reduce my tea making time! We have a lovely navy front door, very smart!
