Colourful Quays

It was so nice to have a day off today. I sat and read and didn’t bother getting dressed until midday. (I’m reading Dark Tides by Philippa Gregory…I love her books.)

I went along to the studio to view the pics from my photo shoot a couple of weeks ago. They were good and I have a couple…one free and I bought one. They are digital images so I will get a couple of prints made up. (I can’t put them on here as I’ll be censored….again ha ha ha)

I went to the Quays for a swim on the way home. I only did a short swim as I had a bit of a headache, I’ll have to make up for it on Saturday. It doesn’t feel like August, it was drizzly and chilly. I hope the predicted heatwave appears sometime soon…but I shan’t hold my breath.
