Moving story

No 2 son is moving tomorrow and he asked me if I could just pop round to see if the workmen have finished. Now, what do I tell him? Carpet fitters have finished, as have the decorators or do I tell him the truth that it's 3pm and they've only just started?
Whatever happens I know they will love their new home!
