Cheeky lemur

A rainy start to the day so we decided to try Amazon world for a change. Lemurs, flamingos, tropical birds etc.
The kids enjoyed it but I did feel a pang of guilt for some of the animals. As much as they sell it as a conservation project I’m not convinced for some of them and felt particularly sad for the flamingos.
Anya has decided to use her pocket money to adopt an endangered animal so I suppose that helps in some way??
The sun surprised us later in the day so a quick trip to Shanklin beach for a paddle and a play in the sand. I was in trouble though when we arrived back later to the site than planned and the pizza van wasn’t taking any more orders. Oops, pasta again for tea!
