Fergie
"History" is the theme set by RockArea for Wide Wednesday.
There certainly is some history attached to this beloved tractor. This was my Dad's, and very posh in its day. My dad was a farmer and when he and Mum retired Fergie came to live with us. He was put to work on our small farm of 27 acres (11 hectares) for many years, but has since become rather tired and has now been put "out to pasture".
Another angle. I haven't used my Canon wide angle lens for some time, so gave it an outing this afternoon, taken at it widest of 10mm.
In Covid news, we have almost finished our first 24 hours of Level 4 Lockdown. Yesterday's one Delta community case has now reached ten in 24 hours. One is a school teacher in one of NZ largest secondary school, another is a fully vaccinated nurse in Auckland Hospital. The modeling predicts this will increase to anything between 50 to 120 over coming weeks. As yet, there aren't any known cases in the South Island (fingers crossed) but is expected.
All a bit very grim really.
Gardening again today, sun shining but the wind was lazy.
