In the office IRL…

The house was a blizzard of contractors and workmen getting things ready for the tenants arrival tomorrow.  Gardeners from 8am and then an army of cleaners, electricians and followed by Vik and and our friend Chris who were putting together the beds from John Lewis.  I spent the morning directing operations, and doing handover notes before stepping into a taxi and going to a lovely lunch with an agent in Fitzrovia. 


I then went into the office to join the team on our new show who were doing a page turn on the first three eps.  They said that the Covid officer came in and barked ‘two metres’ at them every so often (if nothing else Covid will finally send us digital) but they didn’t have to wear masks.  It was funny to be in the half empty building and to be in this room for the first time in 18 months.
