For centuries the wines of the Pannonian Plain were considered the most precious wines in the world and demanded prices only few could afford. Two world wars, communism and the phylloxera have all but destroyed the market for these wines but certainly not their quality and unique terroir. Hidden Treasures by MORIC is the estate owner Roland Velich’s attempt at bringing these gems back to world attention and to give them the place in the spotlight they undoubtedly deserve. Lovely wine to accompany an oven baked Sea Bass in garlic and herbs.
