CALLING ALL HUMMINGBIRDS!

This speckled house plant, on my patio, has just started blooming with these tiny, pink flowers.  The Hummingbirds & Bees would be delirious
if only they noticed.  It would be great for them to take a break in this shady spot, & discover this beauty.

It was a cool 84F (28.9C) today, the first time it has dipped under 
90F (32.2C) in many, many weeks.  I just noticed there is a rain tease for
the wee hours tonight.  How great it would be to wake up to the sound of rain on the roof.  August is a very hot month here, so it is highly unusual 
to be 76F (24.4C) tomorrow; but, that is the forecast.  It will be a nice change, if it is true.   

In any case, this Summer is much cooler than last year, when we had hot spell after hotter spell.  It is certainly flying by.....
