Went on tge beach this evening but did not get far as stated to rain.

Had a video hospital appointment this afternoon and i ad i do not drive i like it this way.

Got bits posted so he should get them in a couple days

Ine the line at the post office and i got a tap on the shoulder and where i turned round a older lady stool there she said would i mind tying my shoe lace as she could not bend and did not want ti trip so that was my act of kind ness for the day. It took me back as for nearly 10 years i was a carer for the elderly.

Only stopped when i got ill now i feel older than them now lol
