Victoria Plum jam

I am trying to start getting ready for the reopening of the Arnside Country Market but there’s so much else needs doing!
I have made my plum jam, and salted the veg for some piccalilli.
Maybe tomorrow I will get on with the pastry cases and cookie dough!
