Valencia!

We've had such a lovely day, riding metros and visiting places.We started by going round the Botanical Gardens which were so so beautiful! Really inexpensive to get in to and lots of fun. The kids utterly loved it. 
We wandered around the Old Town - it felt so huge in comparison to ours... We had a lovely tapas lunch and then more wandering around. There was so much great street art and interesting streets to go down. 
Early evening we divided and conquered and Asha and I headed to H&M with her birthday money from Texas. I think her favourite bit was feeling like we were on a special Mom & Daughter date and getting the metro together. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The fun of being with Texas. We've taken an updated godfather/daughter pic. See extra.
2) Fun riding the Metro - made me think fondly of when we lived in Paris.
3) Discovering a new city. We're missing Mourão though!
