A productive day

After the usual morning walk round the stream and a quick bowl of cereal for breakfast, I started on the buttons on the final half a dozen mask extenders. Short interlude whilst we took our main car to the garage for the annual service and MOT but we were back quickly so I got all the buttons done by 11.

Packaged up the squares and mask extenders and headed to the post office - luckily I made it before the van turned up to send the parcels on their way.

Nipped to the supermarket and was home on plenty till for Mr PHL to take Miss PHL to rehearsal. I decided to try making some mini hats to top smoothie bottles - AgeConcern benefit by 25p from every bottle sold with a hat. I’ve managed 4 but only 1 has a Pom-Pom so far. I found the pom-poms a little fiddly to make so will come back to them.
