Family Life

The clouds in France are so much prettier than the clouds in England. Maybe I just don't take the time to look at them when I'm back home.

Today I had all four of my lessons which hasn't happened in a very long while. They all passed relatively well without me having to stress out which was nice. Even getting up for the 8am was a lot easier now it's not so dark.

After my classes, Yolande invited me to hers for lunch. I found it surprisingly easy to chat away to her in the car which was nice. We ate spring rolls and rice for lunch and lots of good cheeses! Yolande had to go and deliver some of her husbands bread in Monistrol so her daughter Maricia (not sure on spelling there!) and I tagged along for the ride. Afterwards we went to do a little bit of shopping which was fun. Getting home we went for a wander around their village as it was pretty warm and sunny. They taught me their family secrets for making crepes and I did some bracelet making with Maricia. Was driven home by Richard, Yolande's husband.

In the evening I went over to L&E for GoT, to which I am now thoroughly addicted. It was in French this time, and I actually managed to understand the majority of what was said. Plus, we had vin chaud and lemon meringue pie, perfect evening just chilling out with friends.
