The butterfly effect....

In my defence, we were REALLY busy at work yesterday. The stressed-out locum pharmacist had only been qualified for about half an hour, I was doing all the dispensing, and I'd mislaid my reading glasses.

So is it really my fault that when I had to type some very long and boring instructions onto a label; 'blah blah blah rub cream thoroughly into large red areas', that I momentarily lost concentration and typed 'rub cream thoroughly into large red arse'?

I'm not sure that the customer found it half as funny as I did.......
