Rhubarb

The main reason I'm blipping this for a TT vegetable is to see if anyone knows about rhubarb. 
Is this its flower or is it going to seed? Should I cut it off or leave it? 
The plant has been there about 6 months and we've had a few harvests off it.  I was hoping for more.
